Telesales Executive.
Job Description
The position will involve handling both incoming and outgoing calls and being the primary point-of-contact for customers. The candidate will be responsible for the sales of IT specific solutions and products in the GCC area. Based in the Dubai office, responsibilities will also include developing various Marketing Activities, Telesales Campaigns and different programs to increase the sales in the mentioned territories.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in telesales / inside sales.
- Excellent telecommunication and IT system knowledge & skills.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue & activity targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Independent, proactive and enthusiastic.
- Fluent in English and Arabic language.
- Female with 24-34 years of age.
Technical Consultant.
Job Description
The Technical Consultant will support appointed customers in the consultancy space and is accountable to successfully driving consultancy engagements within the customer's IT organisation, through the delivery of technical work/expertise and ensuring that key customers are engaged in these activities. The candidate also helps in developing a bill of materials and follow best practices that fits into the Core Infrastructure Practice offering portfolio. They will also be responsible for driving customer readiness workshops on the feature set of Microsoft and Quest tools, frameworks and processes and also driving increased deployment of Microsoft and Quest tools, frameworks and processes through upgrades from earlier versions, extending or migrating existing solutions. The candidate will also help in supporting the sales teams towards meeting and exceeding the Core Infrastructure.
- Minimum 2-4 years of related experience.
- Bachelors Degree in a related IT Discipline.
- Microsoft Certifications such as
- MCSE
- MCTS on Exchange Server 2003
- MCA Solutions
- Or Equivalent Certifications from vendors such as Oracle & IBM.
The role will require travel time outside Dubai.
